The Bible has much to say about anger. It gives examples of both righteous and unrighteous anger. For example, the book of Exodus portrays the Lords' anger burning against a stiff-necked people (Ex 32:9-10). This anger led to their destruction. The Lord's anger is always righteous. But is ours? rnrnHow can one know the difference between demonstrating appropriate anger as opposed to anger that is inappropriate and destructive? For many of us, our anger stems from responding inappropriately to situations and internal conflict. This kind of anger is sinful and destructive. But how can we know how to possess the kind of anger that isn't sinful or personally destructive? What tools do we need to overcome the kind of anger that gets us in trouble and instead, bring glory to God?rnrnThe goal of this group is to equip anyone looking for the proper biblical principles to ensure their anger doesn't lead them to sin. This education is not only for those who can identify with anger but also for those that are looking for ways to navigate through encounters with unjustifiably angry people. rnrnAnger Management Institute Workbooks ($25) available in class. Questions? Email Leader James Tucker AngerEd@3crosses.orgGroup Details

"He has sent me to proclaim freedom for the prisoners and recovery of sight for the blind, to release the oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor." Luke 4:18rnrnDo you desire to regain sexual integrity and experience deep healing? At 3Crosses we believe that Jesus Christ came to bind up the broken hearted and set the captives free. We believe He has called us to fight for the freedom of men trapped in the shackles and chains of sexual bondage and for the spouses suffering in the wake of those so trapped. While stopping the destructive behavior is essential, we believe that God's greater desire is to bring deep healing to the wounds that led us to act out in the first place so that deep and intimate relationships can grow with Him and with others. There's hope and freedom from inappropriate sexual behavior. Join a diverse group of men who are facing this challenge with the Lord head on... and are winning!Group Details
Empowering Parents and Transforming Kids!rnrnParent Project classes are specifically intended to empower Christian parents with faith-based parent principles and skills to raise respectful and responsible children.rnrnIn an interactive, support group setting, parents learn and practice specific prevention and intervention strategies, particularly for strong-willed, oppositional, defiant and destructive juvenile behaviors. While the curriculum is primarily directed to parents with existing challenging behaviors of their pre-teen and teen-aged children, the content is basic and fundamental for parents who wish to develop parenting skills to avoid potential future challenges with their children.rnrnDON'T WAIT FOR BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS TO DEVELOP WITH YOUR CHILDREN. This class will prepare you to be alert, proactive and to hopefully avoid the future pain and cost of reversing unwanted, learned behaviors of children.rnrnRegistration and cost for the Parent Project is $100 for a single parent and $150 for a couple. Curious parents are invited to attend the first session as an observer; however, registration and payment must be made by the start of the second session.rnrnFor more information please contact Verne Teyler at HosannaPathways@gmail.comGroup Details
