I remember James Teyler inviting me to 5th/6th Grade youth group one day and I thought it was amazing. For once I saw that Jesus can be fun, crazy, and not boring. That week at school, on November 13, 2000, I heard the gospel from my teacher’s husband. For some reason I was so discouraged with myself and sin, but felt the comfort of Jesus' power. That day I knew I needed this amazing Jesus in my life. Literally from that day forward I felt the holy Spirit leading, convicting, speaking, and molding me to the person I am today. It has been rough through the years, but He is faithful.
