Tell us about yourself:
I grew up in San Leandro and my family moved to Castro Valley about 4 years ago. That is when I began attending Neighborhood. I have 3 sisters (one older) and 1 brother. He is the youngest sibling. I am currently finishing my BA in Art History at Cal State East Bay. I only have a few classes left, so I am really excited!
What do you do as Youth Ministry Coordinator?
Basically whatever Danny and Joe need me to do! But really, I am still learning about what I do since I am new. There are a lot of administrative tasks along with some event planning.
What is the best part of your job?
The best thing about my job is the people I work with! It is such an awesome atmosphere and we have so much fun.
What do you order at Starbucks?
Tall, non-fat, no whip, white mocha. Just holding the drink in my hands makes me feel better. That is how much I like them.
What do you collect?
Thoughts.
If you could be doing anything right now, what would it be?
Sitting outside with a book in one hand (Currently Great Expectations) and a white mocha in the other.
What talent do you wish you had?
I wish I could sing. Or more accurately - that I could sing well. I love to sing, but people do not love to hear me sing.
