The Church in HD
August 24th, 2008
With Dr. Larry A. Vold
Part of the Christianity in HD series.
Today is our third installment in our expositional study of Paul’s letter to the Colossians—a letter we believe penned while he is under house arrest in Rome—somewhere around 62 AD. Reports had arrived from Epaphras—probably the pastor of the church that while the
Colossian believers were holding their ground for now, a disturbing teaching element was creeping into the church there—something that Paul seeks to refute by giving a crystal-clear view of our faith and practice as believers. Hence, the title, “Christianity in HD—a sharper image of our faith and practice.”
